Time to focus on your creativity, and learn to work with the versatile media of charcoal in a riverside venue, in the beautiful, slate village of Corris, North-West Wales. Small group size, supportive of different skill levels

Lots of step-by-step techniques, demonstrations, and examples

Learn to use sketchbooks & basic photography to gather and developing ideas

Incorporate artistic influences and learn to trust your creative instincts

Packed lunch required, tea & coffee provided. Idris Stores Cafe, nearby to order take-out sandwiches and treats, caters for GF and vegan diets.

There are many places to stay in the area, from campsites, B&Bs, Airbnb, and hotels. Corris is the village where the workshop will be held, Machynlleth is the nearest town, nearby are, Dolgellau, Aberdyfi, Barmouth, Arthog. The areas is on the edge of Eryri (Snowdonia), an area of outstanding natural beauty.
